Administrator SpecialistLocation: Sukari, EgyptThe Administrator Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of administrative and logistical operations on-site. This role is responsible for handling financial disbursements, coordinating employee travel and site access, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations that support both employees and management.The Administrator Specialist contributes directly to the seamless functioning of the site by managing petty cash, travel logistics, documentation, and administrative compliance.ResponsibilitiesManage the site petty cash fund, including disbursements and payment of maintenance and administrative expensesHandle flight bookings for national employeesMaintain travel analysis reports and records for monthly payment processingCoordinate local transport services for employees and manage driver schedulingOversee site access for newcomers and visitors by preparing security permitsEnsure housekeeping standards are maintained and process site clearance forms with the necessary approvalsProcess employee refunds and submit documentation to the Cairo officeOther duties as directed RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related fieldHighly effective communicator in Arabic & EnglishAbility to work on rotation schedule: 20 days on Site/ 10 days Off siteProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc.)High attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksGood time managementAbility to work under pressureFemales only
