We’re Hiring | Real Estate Development ManagerA leading Contracting Company based in Cairo is seeking to hire a highly experienced:🔹 Real Estate Development ManagerRole Overview:You will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate development opportunities across Egypt & Saudi Arabia, driving growth and maximizing investment value.Key Responsibilities:Lead the sourcing and acquisition of new real estate development opportunitiesConduct and oversee feasibility studies, financial modeling, and project evaluationsDevelop development strategies aligned with company objectivesManage relationships with investors, partners, and government entitiesOversee project lifecycle from opportunity assessment to execution readinessPrepare strategic reports and presentations for senior managementRequirements:5–12+ years of experience in real estate developmentProven track record in Egypt & KSA marketsStrong experience in investment analysis & feasibility studiesHands-on experience with Saudi “Furas” PlatformExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with strong business development capabilities📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
