Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in agricultural exports, including leadership experience.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.Proven track record of developing export markets and achieving sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Ability to travel internationally when required.
