This role focuses on translating business needs into intelligent solutions, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and continuous optimization of AI and automation capabilities.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and assess opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions across business functions.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Design and develop machine learning models, AI algorithms, and automation workflows.• Create clear technical documentation, including solution architecture and process designs.• Integrate AI and automation solutions into existing systems, tools, and workflows.• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution accuracy, reliability, and performance.• Monitor deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful adoption.Key Skills & Competencies:• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.• Strong data analysis and data preparation skills.• Experience in AI/ML model development and automation tools (e.g., RPA).• Ability to design scalable, business-oriented AI solutions.• Knowledge of system integration and workflow automation.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.• Continuous learning mindset with a focus on emerging technologies.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.• 3–4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation within a corporate environment.• Relevant certifications (RPA, AI/ML, PMP) are a plus.• Solid understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and enterprise systems.• Knowledge of programming, networking fundamentals, and technologies such as Java, XML, HTML.• Fluency in English is required.
