About the roleAs an AI, Automation & Low-Code Engineer, you'll sit at the crossroads of agentic AI, workflow automation, and scalable software. You'll architect multi-agent systems, build no-code/low-code pipelines, and integrate cutting-edge LLMs into real products — reducing manual effort and unlocking intelligent automation across the business.What you'll doDesign and deploy AI agentic systems — autonomous, multi-step agents that reason, plan, and take action using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGenBuild and manage low-code / no-code automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Power Automate, or BubbleIntegrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, open-source models) via APIs with robust prompt engineering and RAG architecturesDevelop tool-use and function-calling workflows that allow agents to interact with APIs, databases, and third-party servicesConnect internal systems (CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses) to AI agents through low-code connectors and custom middlewareImplement memory, planning, and reflection loops in agentic workflows for more reliable, context-aware automationMonitor, evaluate, and iterate on agent performance using observability tools and structured evalsPartner with product and ops teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities with the highest ROIRequirementsStrong Python skills for scripting, APIs, and integrationsProven hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineeringDemonstrated experience building or working with AI agentsProficiency with low-code platforms — n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power AutomateExperience with agentic AI frameworks — LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndexRPA experience using UiPath or Power Automate Desktop
