AI & Social Media Marketing ManagerKoreaShopABC.com | Eqqualberry & More K-Beauty BrandsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven AI & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing, AI-powered content creation, influencer campaigns, and brand growth across Egypt, Africa, and global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.Manage and grow K-Beauty brands including Eqqualberry and other Korean skincare brands.Utilize AI tools for content creation, video production, graphic design, copywriting, automation, and analytics.Plan and manage influencer marketing, PR seeding, UGC campaigns, and brand collaborations.Create high-performing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.Manage content calendars, product launches, promotions, and events.Coordinate with sales, design, influencers, agencies, and brand partners.Implement AI-powered marketing automation, CRM workflows, and customer engagement systems.Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging AI marketing technologies.Requirements3+ years experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.Strong knowledge of AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Canva AI, and marketing automation platforms.Proven experience managing successful social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.Experience with influencer marketing and content creator management.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.English proficiency required; Arabic is a strong advantage.Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, e-commerce, or retail industries preferred.KPIsSocial media growth and engagement.Influencer campaign performance.Lead generation and sales conversion.Content production efficiency.Return on advertising spend (ROAS).Brand awareness and market expansion.Employment TypeFull-TimeOn-Site / HybridCompetitive Salary + Performance BonusPreferred CandidateA highly organized, AI-first marketer who can combine creativity, technology, influencer marketing, and performance marketing to scale leading Korean beauty brands across Egypt, Africa, and international markets.
