The AI Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning models, analyze data to generate actionable insights, and collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into the company’s platforms. Responsibilities include designing algorithms, conducting research to improve existing AI capabilities, identifying automation opportunities, and ensuring compliance with best practices in AI ethics and data security.QualificationsExpertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Analytics, with proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar toolsStrong programming and coding skills, including Python, R, or similar programming languagesExperience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Artificial Neural NetworksProficiency in Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Optimization techniquesProven ability to implement AI solutions in real-world applications, including troubleshooting and scaling AI modelsUnderstanding of AI ethics, data security, and compliance standardsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and analytic skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrior industry experience in technology-driven sectors will be an advantage
