We are looking for an HVAC Site Engineer with experience in villa and residential projects to join our team.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.· Hands-on experience executing HVAC systems: • High Wall – Concealed – VRF· Experience managing technicians on site.· Proficient with task management systems and computers.Key Responsibilities:· Receive drawings from the technical office and verify them on site.· Coordinate with the client or their engineer for work start and handover.· Prepare daily & weekly work plans (supply – installation – commissioning).· Organize and distribute technicians on site.· Submit productivity data into the company system.· Submit daily progress reports for executed projects via the company system.Benefits:· Fixed salary.· Performance bonus: starting from 15% up to 50% of monthly salary.· Car allowance (fuel + maintenance).· Complementary medical insurance (Takafuli / cooperative).Working Days:Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday: follow-up only if needed.Location : New Cairo
