First Global Logistics (FGL) is expanding its air freight commercial team and looking for a motivated Air Freight Sales Manager to join us in Cairo.We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building new relationships and developing business — someone with a good feel for the Egyptian air freight market, solid connections in the industry, and the drive to open new doors for the company.This is primarily a business development role. You'll be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients, converting opportunities into long-term accounts, and growing FGL's footprint in the air freight space. You'll have the full support of our operations team and the backing of an established brand with a strong global agent network.The Role→ Prospecting and developing new air freight accounts across import, export, and cross-trade lanes .→ Leveraging your existing network and market knowledge to generate new business opportunities .→ Approaching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting FGL's air freight solutions .→ Building and maintaining relationships with airlines, GSAs, and cargo agents .→ Preparing competitive air freight quotations and following through to conversion .→ Tracking your pipeline and reporting on activity and progress .What We Offer→ A supportive and experienced air Operations team behind you .→ Competitive base Salary + Commission based on KPIs + Quarterly Bonus package +Medical insurance (details at interview).→ Room to grow within a company that values commercial talent .→ The autonomy to manage your own accounts and develop your territory . 5-10 years of experience in air freight sales within a freight forwarding environment ( Worked inside CAI airport before is a Plus ) .A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in developing new business .An existing client base or professional network in the Egyptian air freight market .Established relationships with airlines or GSAs operating out of Cairo .Good understanding of IATA regulations and AWB documentation .IATA certification .Very good to fluent English — written and spoken .sales and commercial mindset .
