Manage all air freight and ocean freight import and export operations.Ensure timely booking, handling, and delivery of shipments.Supervise daily freight forwarding activities and ensure operational efficiency.Monitor shipment status from origin to final destinationMaintain relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and international freight agents.Negotiate competitive freight rates and service agreements.Monitor carrier performance and service reliability.Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.Handle major operational issues and customer complaints.Support the sales team with freight solutions and quotations.Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.Verify accuracy of shipping documents including:Bill of Lading (B/L)Air Waybill (AWB)Commercial InvoicePacking ListCertificates of Origin.Ensure compliance with NAFEZA and ACID procedures for shipments to Egypt. 7–10 years' experience in freight forwarding operations.At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Experience in using IST Forwarding System
