The Candidate should have knowledge about handling Air Import shipments:Gathering the agents freight rates and negotiate till getting the best Frt. /terms / conditions. Prepare & send offers to our target clients. Asking the agents to handle the import shipment based on the chosen shipping terms by sending detailed shipping instructions. Checking the agents’ invoices before ordering the Financial Dept. to settle them. Issue the delivery order upon the shipment’s arrival to the airport. If customs clearance in Egypt is required, he should be able to negotiate the best rates withTruckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of the shipments. Issue shipments Invoices to our client. Co-operate with the Financial Dept. to ensure collecting payment of the issued invoices on time.. 1-3 years of experience
