OverviewThe Real Estate Consultancyservice line is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking analyst tojoin the team in Egypt. The service line provides strategic advisory servicesto the residential, hospitality, office, healthcare, education, retail andindustrial real estate markets. The team primarily advises government andsemi-government entities, developers and private and institutional investors.ResponsibilitiesAssistwith report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.Maintainand update internal databases.Createand maintain accurate, orderly and up-to-date files and records, includingcomputer files.Conductprimary market research where required as critical inputs to project work.Sourceand update secondary data.Understandand appreciate macro-economics and drivers of development strategies and realestate sector growth.Keepabreast of key trends and developments in real estate regionally and globallyin order to provide an informed opinion.Contributeto business development where possible and attend networking events.PromoteKnight Frank at all relevant opportunities, whether through business encountersor social interactions, by showcasing Knight Frank as a leading authority inthe industry and positioning it as the preferred consultancy for prospectiveand existing Clients.Liaisewith other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sellopportunities into regional and global teams.Communicatefully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks aremanaged in an efficient and professional manner.Ensurehighest quality standards in accordance with local and international standards.Buildand maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existingclients at all times in order to foster the professional image of thePartnership.Providehigh quality, user-friendly and value for money service.Othertasks as required.Skills and QualificationsBachelor'sdegree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.Minimum2 years’ experience in property development or consultancy desired, with asolid understanding of the real estate markets in the GCC.Strongquantitative and analytical skills.Strongorganizational and problem-solving abilities.Clearand logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills.Attentionto detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellentinterpersonal and communications skills.Strongteam player with the ability to build relationships.Abilityto take initiative and work proactively.Abilityto work through periods of high workload.Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Flexibilityin working with clients, teams and projects across time zones and differentworking weeks.Understandingof regional business culture and regulations.Theability to understand and make use of computers and information technology(Knight Frank internal systems).Certificationsand Licenses: MRICS desired but not essential. Local driving license required.Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Advanced proficiency in Wordand Excel is required.Languageskills: Fluencyin Arabic and English, written and verbal.Travel: Flexible attitude towardstravelling.
