Apparel & Denim Development SupportPartner with Technical Design and Sourcing teams on development programs, reviewing fabric and construction quality across proto, SMS, and TOP sample milestones.Evaluate denim fabric quality, including shade consistency, wash performance, stretch recovery, and construction integrity.Participate in fit and quality reviews, providing technical feedback on garment construction, fabric performance, and spec compliance.Support wash and fabric development trials, coordinating with mills and wash houses on lab dip, bulk shade, and finish approvals.Identify development risks early and work cross-functionally to resolve them before bulk production begins.Supplier Quality & AuditingConduct Quality Management System audits at new and existing suppliers to assess capability and compliance.Lead supplier qualification plans and activities, advising on supplier selection decisions.Review supplier performance scorecards regularly, identifying trends and driving measurable improvements.Lead issue resolution and corrective action (CAPA) processes, ensuring timely and effective remediation.Production & InspectionArrange and conduct in-line and final product inspections, providing technical guidance and solutions on quality issues.Participate in and advise during supplier pre-production meetings to ensure control plans are aligned with Ariat quality standards.Review development and pre-production samples against specifications to confirm they meet standards before bulk production begins.Identify product quality risks early and develop proactive solution plans.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with HQ teams across Sourcing, Production, Technical Design, and Quality to align on standards and priorities.Execute and continuously improve the regional supplier quality strategy in partnership with the global Supplier Quality team.Standardize and share manufacturing best practices across supplier base.Maintain professional, solutions-oriented relationships with suppliers to resolve disputes constructively.
