Job OverviewWe are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Application Support Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our ERP system across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and Operations functions.The role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations, resolving business issues, and supporting continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 F&O environment in alignment with business needs.Key Responsibilities🔹 Application Support & OperationsProvide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O usersHandle and resolve system incidents, service requests, and operational issuesMonitor system performance, availability, and stabilityEnsure adherence to SLAs and support KPIs🔹 Business Support & RequirementsWork closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teamsGather and analyze business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional system solutionsAct as a bridge between business users and technical teams🔹 System Enhancement & OptimizationSupport ERP improvements and enhancement initiativesParticipate in testing, UAT, and deployment activitiesAssist in rollout of new features and modules🔹 Data & Reporting SupportSupport data accuracy and system integrityAssist in generating reports and dashboards (Power BI if applicable)Support data validation and reconciliation activities🔹 Integration & CoordinationCoordinate with vendors and implementation partners when requiredSupport system integrations with other tools and platformsEnsure proper documentation of processes and configurationsRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldExperience2–3 years of experience in Application Support, ERP Support, or similar roleExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is a strong plus (or other ERP systems)Technical SkillsUnderstanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred)Basic knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain processes is a plusFamiliarity with:Data validation and reportingSystem support and troubleshootingPower BI / Power Platform (nice to have)Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksAttention to detail and ownership mindsetTeam player with customer-oriented attitudeNice to HaveExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain)Experience in ERP implementation or support projectsKnowledge of ITIL processes (Incident / Change Management)
