Job PurposeThe Application Support Specialist is tasked with delivering day-to-day technical and functional support for all business applications across TLD. This role encompasses diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, coordinating with vendors, ensuring system uptime, and assisting end-users to facilitate the smooth operation of critical applications. Acting as a bridge between business operations and IT, the specialist plays a vital role in ensuring business continuity and enhancing user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical and functional support for core business systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, DMS, etc.). Troubleshoot application errors, user issues, and integration problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to minimize system downtime. Maintain system configuration, access permissions, and user roles in accordance with company policies. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and the deployment of new functionalities. Respond to user inquiries and support requests within the defined service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct user orientation and refresher sessions on system usage. Maintain application documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Support data validation, backups, and audit processes to maintain system integrity. Collaborate with the Digital Systems Specialist and IT team to drive system improvements and process automation.Key Accountabilities Ensure consistent system uptime and stable performance across all applications. Deliver timely and effective application support in line with internal SLAs. Maintain accurate system documentation and support logs. Enhance user satisfaction and adoption rates for digital tools. Support the successful rollout of new modules, integrations, and upgrades.Job Specification (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in application or system support, preferably in the real estate or service industries. Hands-on experience with business applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of SQL, data integrity, and system integrations. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Outstanding communication and coordination abilities across departments.
