Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Arabic Language Teacher role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Arabic Language Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Arabic. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will integrate appropriate educational resources, including literature and multimedia materials, to support a variety of learning styles and levels. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, communicating with learners and stakeholders as needed, and contributing to curriculum development and academic activities within WhiteHours.QualificationsStrong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to adapt methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles.Experience in Lesson Planning and Education, including creating structured, goal-oriented lesson plans and assessments.Knowledge of Arabic Literature and its use in the classroom to enhance cultural understanding and language proficiency.Fluency in Modern Standard Arabic, with clear pronunciation and strong grammar and writing skills.Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with colleagues, documentation, and training materials.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arabic Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.Prior experience teaching Arabic in a classroom or institutional setting is strongly preferred.Ability to manage classrooms effectively, foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment, and use basic educational technology and digital tools.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
