The platform is now committed to replicating its proven business model and adapting it to local markets across the globe.Job Responsibilities:Based on local culture and everyday expression, provide local insight and input for content-related operations in the MENA region, supporting content direction and presentation that align with local user understanding.With a strong understanding of the local social environment, cultural norms, and the interests of local users, contribute to content selection and day-to-day operational discussions to improve content relevance and appeal.Responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of local KOLs / KOCs, including creator relationship building and day-to-day coordination, to support consistent, high-quality content output.Support the planning and execution of online content initiatives that resonate with local emotions and real-life scenarios, increasing user participation and overall content activity.Collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams, providing continuous local content and cultural insight to ensure that content and operational approaches align with local understanding and acceptance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in social media, content platforms, or creator-related operations.Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency for daily professional communication; long-term living, study, or work experience in MENA region, with a deep understanding of local culture and social context.Highly sensitive to local content trends and user interests, with the ability to assess which types of content, expressions, or angles are more likely to gain attention, resonance, and organic spread within the local cultural environment.Strong empathy and cultural awareness, with a deep understanding of the lifestyles, emotional needs, and content preferences of locals in the Middle East; clear insight into what they care about, enjoy consuming, and are willing to engage with or discuss.Experience in KOL / KOC collaboration or creator-related operations is a strong plus; prior experience working on local-focused content, brands, or products, or serving local user groups, is highly preferred.Base location: Cairo, Egypt / Dubai
