Reviewing and designing if required architectural and engineering plans.Developing Conceptual Design into Consistent and coordinated Design Package.Developing Project Design Packages, reports and Presentations. Developing schedules, BOQ and Specifications through Extracting data from Revit model. Adhere to building codes / Fire and life safety Code requirementsCoordinate, collaborate, with design team on relevant design aspects.Define, Identify and Specify Building material and façade systems. Managing Coordination Process with design engineers of other departments (Structure, electrical, mechanical, ….) from Networking and consulting with various industry BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university.Required experience 2-4 years of working experience in design development of Architectural projects and production of shop drawings.Familiar with building codes, design standards and fire and life safety codes.Knowledge of BIM (building information modelling) processes.Cable of using MS Office, Autocade, Revit.Able to draw shop drawing, and coordinate between Architectural, Structure and MEP drawings.Work under stress and excellent communicator with other team members.
