Architect & Interior Designer

• Develop architectural and interior design projects from initial idea through to completion. • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software to communicate design intent. • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure cohesive project delivery and adherence to design standards. • Support the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces. • Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback. • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather measurements, assess conditions, and monitor project progress. • Assist in preparing documentation for permits, construction, and tendering processes. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate execution of design plans. • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design. • Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and solution-oriented team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in architectural Engineering only. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3d Max, and Adobe Photoshop. • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, materials, and construction methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies. • Basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Portfolio showcasing professional projects."Immediately joining is highly preferred"
