Position Overview:We’re looking for a BIM Developer Architect to join our dynamic BIM team at EDECS. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of digital innovation in construction, developing custom Revit tools, automating design workflows, and managing architectural models for large-scale projects across the region. If you're passionate about design technology and BIM integration, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Revit Development & Customization: Build custom Revit add-ins, tools, and plugins using the Revit API to enhance productivity and design performance.Model Management & Coordination: Oversee complex architectural models in Revit and ensure alignment with MEP, structural, and construction teams.Automation & Optimization: Leverage Dynamo and other tools to streamline BIM workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.Visualization & Simulation: Support the creation of high-quality visuals and project simulations using tools like Lumion and Synchro.Quality Control: Ensure BIM outputs meet internal standards and client requirements.Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative BIM solutions into project execution.Technical Support: Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to team members on BIM-related tools and processes.Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Technical Expertise: +15 years in architectural design and BIM workflows, including shop drawing preparation.Technical Skills: Strong command of Revit and Navisworks. Experience with Revit API for custom script/plugin development.
