Architectural Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of high-quality real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design skills, the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into innovative and practical solutions, and experience in developing projects from concept to detailed design.Key Responsibilities• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs.• Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design development packages.• Conduct space planning studies and optimize project designs to maximize functionality, user experience, and project value.• Create and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.• Coordinate architectural designs with consultants in construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering fields.• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings.• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.• Support the preparation of presentation materials, applications to relevant authorities, and construction documentation.• Contribute to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that align with project objectives and market demands.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• 5-8 years of experience in architectural design.• A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design skills and experience in real estate projects.• Proficiency in Auto-desk Rivet and Auto-CAD.• Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.• A deep understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building codes.• Ability to develop projects from initial design to final design development.• Knowledge of local building codes and construction methodologies.• Experience using 3D visualization software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, 3DS Max, or similar programs is preferred.• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. career@cornerstonedv.com
