Architectural Supervision

About the Role:We are looking for an Architectural Site Supervision Engineer to play a key role in ensuring that all architectural works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure the successful delivery of architectural works throughout the project lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency while supporting project objectives and minimizing execution risks.What You’ll Do:Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of architectural activities.Verify the quality of executed architectural works and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.Support project handover activities and ensure all architectural works are completed to the required standards.Prepare site reports, document observations, and provide technical recommendations to management.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.7–10 years of experience in architectural site supervision within construction, real estate, or development projects.Previous experience working with an engineering consultancy firm is required.Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, finishing works, materials, and quality standards.Experience reviewing architectural shop drawings, technical submittals, and site documentation.Familiarity with project specifications, quality control procedures, and construction standards.Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.Why Join Us:Be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects.
