Architecture Design Team Leader (Interior & Exterior)

We are a growing real estate development company seeking to expand our in-house design unit — a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically inspiring spaces.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Architecture Design Team Leader with 10+ years of proven expertise in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate will lead the design team in developing creative and technically sound architectural solutions, with a strong emphasis on interior & exterior design. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other design software is essential, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior architects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural design (interior & exterior) process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.Oversee and review detailed architectural drawings and design documentation using Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.Coordinate design efforts with Electro-Mechanical and Structural teams to achieve fully integrated design solutions.Supervise and support design team members, providing guidance, feedback, and technical direction.Attend and actively contribute to project and client meetings, presenting design concepts and resolving technical issues.Review and respond to RFIs, ensuring design intent is maintained during construction.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Monitor project timelines and quality of deliverables to maintain excellence in design output.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from a recognized university.10+ years of professional architectural design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience in mega commercial projects (such as malls and hotels) in a consultancy firm is a MUST.English Level: FluentStrong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent design sense with a focus on functionality, innovation, and aesthetics.Solid understanding of construction practices, detailing, and material applications.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Residency in 6th of October City, El-Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas is preferred.Details:location: El-Sheikh ZayedWorking hours: from 9:00AM to 5:00 PMDays off: Friday & SaturdayWhat we offer: - Attractive package. - A positive work environment that supports collaboration.If you are interested or have any recommendations: Kindly send your updated (CV & Portfolio) to CVs@tiba-dev.com
