Job Purpose:The Interior Designer is responsible for developing creative interior design concepts and layouts that meet client requirements and project objectives. The role includes preparing design drawings, selecting materials, coordinating with execution teams and suppliers, and ensuring the proper implementation of designs on-site while maintaining quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions based on project requirements and client expectations.Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans using design software.Create 3D visualizations and presentations to illustrate design concepts and project outcomes.Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with the project design and budget.Prepare design presentations and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with design standards.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure the design is implemented as planned.Follow up on project execution and resolve any design-related issues during the implementation phase.Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience:2–5 years of experience in interior design projects, preferably in commercial or residential projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and technical layouts.Experience with 3ds Max or SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for design presentations and concept development.Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
