Architecture Engineer

We are seeking a talented Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team at a mid-sized construction firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing building projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project specifications.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to inform design decisions.Prepare and present design proposals, including visual representations and technical drawings.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout all phases of construction.Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and contracts to align with project objectives.Provide technical support and expertise to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensing preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or engineering within the construction industry.Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and legal requirements in the construction field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
