Scan-to-BIM work is mainly converting laser scan (point cloud) into a BIM model. 3) Technical Knowledge Understanding of:Architectural drawings Construction details Ability to model:Walls, slabs, ceilings from scan data Basic knowledge of MEP coordination is a plus 4) Experience Level Typically:0–2 years (Junior level) Fresh grads can apply if they have skills Experience in:Point cloud modeling / Scan to BIM is a strong advantage 5) Key Responsibilities Convert point cloud → BIM model (Revit) Produce as-built drawings Follow BIM standards & company workflows Coordinate with team (architectural/structural / MEP) Update models based on site or client changes 6) Soft Skills Good teamwork & communication Attention to detail (very important in scanning work) Ability to learn quickly and handle new tools ????
