Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for decoration and finishing works.Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.Develop detailed material take-offs, quantity surveys, and cost estimates for finishing and decoration elements.Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and approvals related to architectural finishes and decorative components.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all finishing activities.Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for finishing works.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and clarify design intent.Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, verify installation quality, and address any discrepancies.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, photos, and technical records.Assist in value engineering and proposing alternative solutions to optimize cost, quality, and timelines. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.3 to 7 years of experience in a technical office role focused on decoration and finishing works.Proven experience in preparing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and interior fit-out processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
