Develop detailed Architectural Shop Drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and enlarged details) for site execution.Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP layouts to resolve any potential clashes before construction.Review and incorporate "As-Built" drawings based on site progress.Perform accurate Quantity Take-offs for architectural materials (flooring, cladding, ceilings, etc.).Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process to clarify design ambiguitiesReview material submittals to ensure they align with project specifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Experience: 3–5 years.Software Proficiency:Expert: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, building codes, and finishing standards.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work under tight site deadlines.
