Area Manager (Financial Services)

· Handles all the direct and indirect business operations teams across a specific region (Cairo, Upper Egypt, Delta)· Plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates, and evaluates assigned staff; reviews progress and directs changes as needed· Set goals for performance for the business operations & sales team across all accounts & products· Monitor the deadlines for accounts plans and vision· Conducted market visits to direct sales points across dedicated regions to enhance sales quality and performance· Develop, maintain, and control specifications for financial services accounts and messaging product portfolio taking customer concerns, business processes, organization, and cost into account· Collaborated with sales and operations teams to set achievable performance goals and deadlines, aligning these with overall business plans and vision· Organized workflow and clearly communicated team responsibilities and delegated tasks to ensure the business operations unit understood their duties· Coordinated the implementation of new products across the network, IT, marketing, and sales functions· Share achievements with direct manager and follow team performance day to day.Skills· Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in BA, Digital Communications and Commercial, Marketing, or similar field· Experience:o 4-6 years’ experience in the Sales and Retail roleso +2 years’ experience in the Managerial role· Technical Proficiency:o Result Orientation o Operational Awareness o Building Networkso Coaching & Mentoring o Customer Centricityo Excellent analytical skillso Ability to understand how operational decisions impact the organizationo Proficient in planning and organizing tasks and resources effectively
