Supervise and support Branch Managers across all assigned stores.Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.Implement company policies, procedures, and retail standards across branches.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, visual merchandising, and customer service.Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to improve results.Train, coach, and evaluate store teams to improve performance.Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, training, and employee performance issues.Ensure stock availability and proper inventory management.Resolve operational issues and support stores in achieving business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management (preferably fashion or kids wear).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to travel between branches.Good analytical and reporting skills.
