Works within the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence team to create Artificial Intelligence solutions to deploy intelligent automation tools for the business. The role is to design & develop AI algorithms & models using AI engines to support automation & digitalization roadmap, using several AI tools such as machine learning mechanisms, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), computer vision, AI chatbots, intelligent robotics & other available tools, which helps to improve various business outcomes shaping the AI strategy across the organization & showcasing the potential for early-stage solutions serving intelligent automations.Supervise and support AI team members.Follow up and manage multiple AI projects and meet deadlines.Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technologies, including generative AI and the latest features of popular tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RPA, IT, Process Excellence) to understand requirements and develop AI solutions.Engage in discovery and identification of AI/ML opportunities; proactively seek and suggest improvements and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions.Partner with the RPA team members to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for Intelligent automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.Lead the design and implementation of deep learning architectures for solving real-world vision problemsWorks with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects using AI/ML to stretch automation scope to include collecting unstructured data and take AI based decision and analysis.Train, test, and evaluate AI models employing appropriate evaluation metrics.Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver AI automated solutions for the client, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations.Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for AI automation initiatives.Create Business Case and ROI which can be submitted for review and approvalsSupport the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption / implementation activities associated with new AI solutions within the business.Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance and availability.Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability and efficiency.Define requirements, creating user stories (if Agile) or BRD.Create test scenarios to assure that the AI application developed are delivering the ROI and objectives needed and record its results for approvals and future references.Validate any change management requests and assess its estimated impact on the running AI application.Implement and deploy AI solutions in production environments under different frameworks.Ability to build applications and use appropriate prompting on generative AI models.Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or computer engineering.Required Industry Experience: 7+ years in AI/ ML.Technological Requirements:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).Expertise in computer vision libraries like OpenCV, Detectron, YOLO, and related tools.Solid understanding of deep learning techniques such as CNNs, GANs, and RNNs applied to image and video processing.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models at scale.Strong mathematical background in image processing, feature extraction, and 3D vision.Good knowledge in JavaScript is a plus.A very good knowledge in OOP is a must.A very good knowledge in APIs (RESTful) is a must.A very good knowledge in Database is a mustStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
