We are seeking a commercially strong and technically credible Asset Reliability Sales Engineer to join our growing team and lead sales activities for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and asset reliability solutions across key industrial sectors in Egypt.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong industrial engineering background, hands-on exposure to maintenance and reliability environments, and proven technical sales experience within heavy industry.🔹 Role OverviewThe selected candidate will lead end-to-end technical and commercial sales activities, identify customer operational challenges, recommend suitable reliability solutions, and drive both product and service sales across a portfolio of advanced industrial technologies focused on improving machinery performance, uptime, and asset reliability.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Lead technical and commercial sales pursuits for asset reliability and predictive maintenance solutions• Drive sales growth for products, systems, and service contracts• Understand customer operational and maintenance challenges and convert them into practical technical solutions• Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer discussions• Support pre-bid scope qualification, costing, and proposal preparation• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industrial sectors nationwide• Coordinate closely with internal sales and service teams to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, generate new opportunities, and track sales KPIs• Provide regular market feedback, opportunity updates, and commercial insights to management🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering• Proven experience in technical sales or solution selling within industrial or heavy industry environments• Strong understanding of vibration analysis and industrial maintenance applications• Experience with rotating & reciprocating equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and blowers• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills• Excellent spoken and written English• Ability to understand customer requirements and develop technical/commercial solutions• Egyptian nationals only🔹 Preferred Background• Experience within industries such as Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, or Manufacturing• Exposure to condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered solutions• Immediate availability is preferred🔹 Technologies & PartnersThe role will focus on promoting advanced reliability technologies and solutions from global partners including:• Schaeffler• Twave• Icare• ResonanceSolutions include:Predictive Maintenance | Condition Monitoring | Machinery Health Monitoring | Rotating Equipment Reliability | Motor Condition Monitoring | Industry 4.0 & IoT Solutions
