We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Case Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring medical or travel assistance, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, coordinate with partners and service providers, and ensure timely and effective resolution of all inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Receive and process all domestic and international inbound customer requests related to medical, travel assistance, or other support services via phone and email.Initiate outbound communications with customers, service providers, and partners to gather necessary information and ensure smooth case handling.Deliver a personalized, informative, and professional customer experience, maintaining a courteous and diplomatic tone at all times.Ensure high responsiveness and efficiency in managing cases, working towards timely resolutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of services to confidently explain processes and ensure customers fully understand the assistance provided.Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and effective communication. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in a customer service environment.Excellent command of English; additional foreign language(s) are preferred.High level of computer proficiency.Professional demeanor with a strong customer-oriented mindset.Ability to communicate diplomatically and tactfully to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.Understanding of company vision and commitment to developing positive, successful, and interactive customer and partner relationships.
