-Direct branch operations to achieve target revenues, control expenses, and enhance customer experience-Train and build a guest-focused team, provide regular feedback, and support the performance evaluation process-Develop standard operating procedures and safe practices, and ensure proper training for the team-Supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning to ensure full functionality and risk prevention-Manage resource planning to ensure optimal branch operations-Assist in staff recruitment, supplier selection, and customer targeting-Introduce new ideas and activities to enhance customer experience based on market research and competition analysis-Oversee convenience store operations including planning, inventory, and cash management-Ensure effective implementation of health and safety regulations and risk assessments-Handle daily operations including customer interactions, inquiries, and complaint resolution  -Minimum 4 years of experience (preferably in the entertainment field)-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written-Familiarity with entertainment parks rules and regulations-High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality-Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills-Positive attitude and flexibility-Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, and email
