Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Branch Manager in managing and following up on the branch’s daily operations. Organizing appointments and meetings and preparing work schedules. Following up on tasks with team members and ensuring they are completed on time. Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations, and tracking documents and contracts. Receiving clients and suppliers, coordinating with them, and following up on their requests. Filing and archiving documents and records in an organized manner. Entering data and maintaining records on the computer. Assisting in organizing staff affairs and the branch’s administrative tasks. Representing management during the manager’s absence in certain assigned duties. Suitable university degree. Well-presented, articulate, and professional in dealings. Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate between team members. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word / Excel). Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize. Ability to take responsibility and make decisions within the assigned authority. Proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in administrative or executive-assistant work is an advantage (and the company welcomes serious fresh graduates).
