Job PurposeAs an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive category growth and strengthen brand equity. You will be responsible for translating consumer, retail, and sales insights into actionable recommendations, supporting innovation launches, and ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns across multiple markets.Main AccountabilitesContribute to building brand equity by ensuring consistent execution of brand fundamentals and strategic initiatives.Assist in identifying growth opportunities through market, category, and competitive analysis.Conduct regular analysis of retail audit, internal sales, and market performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Monitor competitors, pricing, distribution, promotions, and category developments across the cluster.Championing a consumer-centric mindset by gathering and analyzing consumer, shopper, and market insights.Ensure strong coordination across functions to support seamless project execution.Support the development and launch of new products and innovations from concept through commercialization.Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial roles within a leading FMCG company.
