The Assistant will support daily office operations, coordinate schedules and meetings, and handle internal and external communications in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and assisting with data entry and basic financial or administrative tasks as needed. The role will also involve liaising with clients and internal teams, arranging travel or logistics, and supporting the execution of company projects and initiatives. The Assistant will collaborate closely with consultants and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and a well-organized office environment.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.Attention to detail in document preparation, scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting operational needs.Previous experience in an administrative, office, or assistant role is preferred, especially in consulting or financial services.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
