In this role, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and developing our talented F&B team.Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality and serviceCollaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement innovative menu concepts and service strategiesLead, train, and mentor F&B team members to deliver outstanding customer serviceMonitor and maintain inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and optimize profitabilityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environmentResolve guest complaints promptly and professionallyAssist in planning and executing special events and promotionsAnalyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvementParticipate in staff scheduling and payroll managementStay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operationsQualificationsProven experience in a senior Food & Beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant settingBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standardsCreative problem-solver with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding time management, communication, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidaysCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesIn-depth knowledge of various cuisines and current culinary trendsProficiency in inventory management and cost control techniquesExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systemsFood safety certificationFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
