This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, effective preventive maintenance, and high‑quality project delivery, while leading and developing maintenance teams on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily maintenance operations across ongoing projects, new openings, and renovations.Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.Leading preventive and corrective maintenance activities for restaurants.Support and develop technicians and supervisors through coaching and technical training.Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.7+ years’ experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality or F&B.Strong background in maintenance and repair operations.Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment, AC systems, and cold rooms.Experience in air conditioning or refrigeration is a plus.
