The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the company, including import activities, local distribution, and manufacturing operations of medical disposable products. This role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth workflow across departments, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily operations across import, warehouse, and factoryFollow up on shipments, customs clearance, and suppliersCoordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflowSupport production planning for medical disposable productsMonitor tasks, solve problems, and ensure deadlines are metPrepare reports and track operational performance Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or relevant field)MBA is preferred5–10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturingExperience in import/export is a plusGood command of Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and follow-up skills
