📚 We're hiring: Publishing Operations & Launch Assistant (Remote, Egypt-based)Meridian Publishers, a fast-growing independent press, is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed assistant to help run and scale our book production and launch pipeline. We publish 6–10 titles a month across multiple imprints, and we need someone who can keep that engine moving and build momentum behind every release.What you'll do:• Manage KDP and IngramSpark uploads — interiors, covers, metadata, ISBN logging• Keep our release calendar on track and flag bottlenecks early• Run book launches: ARC distribution (BookSirens, Booksprout, StoryOrigin), reviewer outreach, and chasing honest reader reviews• Monitor Amazon Ads performance and basic reporting• Do final pre-publish quality checks against our house styleWhat we're looking for:• Based in Egypt, working remotely• Excellent written English (essential)• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable owning a process end to end• Experience with Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or self-publishing workflows is a strong plus• Familiarity with book marketing or ARC platforms is a bonusThis is a part-time-to-full-time role with room to grow as we scale.Interested?
