Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in New Cairo. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets, assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. The role will require daily on-site supervision of sales activities, mentoring of sales team members, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Planning, Sales Strategies, and achieving sales targets.Strong Customer Relationship Management and client-focused approach.Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis to support strategic decision-making.Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in New Cairo, is a plus.A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with CRM tools and standard Microsoft Office applications.
