Job Summary:The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a strong client base across corporate, associations, and MICE segments. The role focuses on generating business for El Gouna and Taba Heights through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.The candidate will actively identify new opportunities, negotiate rates for accommodation and meetings, and ensure delivery of revenue targets in line with the destinations’ commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunitiesMaintain and grow relationships with newly added accounts, existing clients and key accountsConduct sales calls, meetings, and presentationsNegotiate rates and contracts in line with company strategyAchieve assigned revenue and room night targetsCoordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth executionMonitor market trends and competitor activitiesQualifications:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related fieldStrong understanding of corporate and MICE segmentsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantageStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
