This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and presentation to support the section head in achieving departmental objectives and driving financial performanceWhat You Will Do In Your Role Extracted Tiba & Factories Sales in terms of Tons, QTY, Revenue Lead the achievement of objectives through review the individual objectives and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal to maximize subordinate performance Calculate the Cogs in factories through getting the Standard Rates & Allocating all Variance Accounts by material such as Price variance, Consumption Variance, Local Adjustments, Stock Revaluation Entry plus actual over head to get the Actualize Cost by SKU for Each Entity Calculate the SG&A Expenses for Tiba by % of accounts Cost drivers such as Goods Transportation based No. of trucks of Sectors Dry & Chilled Consolidation Elimination of Sister Company’s Profit margin in internal Group Sales Such as Concentrate sold to Dawlia & Enmaa Livestock sold milk to Masria Calculate the MRKT Activities by SKU Variances analysis between the actual COGS generated and the P&L for each factory Reporting P&L by SKU for Tiba & Factories P&L Consolidation by Segment & SKU P&L Consolidation by Segment for Local & Export Losing SKU’s report and the required action plan Marketing Package with Analysis for Spending, TPR and free goods per SKU Summarize profitability by SKU for Tender and Horrca contract sales requests Profitability and EBITDA by segment for KPMG and IR dept Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements Standards & Regulations Compliance with all regulatory rules applied within the HQ, Commercial (Tiba), Factories and Emnaa of Juhyana Group Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Compile with all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service within timeframe What You Will Bring To The Role Bachelor’s degree in business or any equivalent From 1-3 years of experience in FP&A MS Office Suite Expert Financial Modeling and advanced excel Outstanding report and presentation drafting skills Stakeholder management Problem solving Organization and planning High attention to detail with the ability to make sense of complex and high quantity information
