This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure systems, documentation, and processes run smoothly.You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting shipment coordination, and helping resolve operational and client-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Senior Account Coordinator in daily account operations and follow-upsMaintain and update internal systems with accurate shipment, client, and documentation dataPrepare, review, and manage shipping and logistics documentationTrack shipments and ensure all records are up to date and aligned with operationsEnsure timely follow-ups on client requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness Handle ad-hoc requests and support urgent operational needs when requiredCoordinate with internal teams (operations, customs, finance) to support smooth executionAssist in resolving operational issues and responding to client inquiries promptlyEnsure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with requirementsFlag any discrepancies or delays proactivelyQualifications & Work Experience1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a coordination/admin roleBasic understanding of import/export documentation is a plusExperience working with logistics or ERP systems is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Exposure to client-facing communicationStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsClear and professional communication skillsClient-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to stay responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
