The Group reported in 2022 global revenues of €22 billion.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for network, system, and connectivity-related issues.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.Install, configure, and support Windows and Linux operating systems.Assist in the administration and monitoring of VMware virtual environments.Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.Respond to incidents and service requests within defined service levels.Perform system monitoring, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Network Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.Understanding of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.Basic knowledge of network security concepts, firewalls, and VPN technologies.Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or VMware certifications are a plus.Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible.
