Team members work closely with clients across diverse industries to build cohesive, scalable brands from the ground up.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Associate Consultant will support senior consultants in translating client ideas into structured concepts, conducting research, and contributing to strategic frameworks for concept development and brand management. Responsibilities include participating in client discovery sessions, preparing presentations and documentation, and helping build concept strategy, identity, and communication guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with designers, writers, and digital specialists, tracking project progress, and ensuring deliverables align with the strategic direction. The Associate Consultant will assist in analyzing brand performance, preparing recommendations, and maintaining organized records and systems that support clients’ long-term brand management.Qualifications Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to structure vague ideas into clear frameworks and strategies.Experience or education in brand strategy, marketing, business, or a related field, with an understanding of brand development and management principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise presentations, reports, and client documentation.Solid research capabilities, including market, competitor, and audience analysis, and the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights.Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design, content, digital, operations) and coordinating multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, presentation software); familiarity with brand or project management tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related discipline; relevant internships or 1–2 years of experience in consulting, branding, or marketing are preferred.Curiosity about diverse industries, a willingness to learn, and openness to structured feedback in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
