This role is pivotal in ensuring that Sales teams can focus on growth while clients experience smooth, professional, and timely onboarding, ad accounts creation, Insertion orders, campaign reports, payment management via the new Customer Portal.As the first line of operational and financial coordination, you will be the bridge between Sales, Finance, Operations and Clients, directly contributing to revenue enablement and customer satisfaction. Your work will ensure that all Portal processes such as onboarding, IO signature management, and cross-hub coverage run seamlessly — making you a key enabler of our commercial success in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Coordination Support Sales teams with the onboarding of new clients and end advertisers, ensuring all financial, legal, and compliance requirements are metManage documentation and approvals to ensure clients are set up efficiently and without delaysServe as 1st line support for advertisers and agencies using the new Customer Portal for onboarding, contractual issues, credit limits, compliance issues, and I/O issuesManually take over onboarding, I/O, payments, and other processes if the Portal is not workingManually verify that documentation matches data provided by customersAssist with the setting up of ad accountsCheck at-risk clients for complianceReport regular statistics on issuesRecommend improvements to the PortalReview documentation and approvals to ensure clients are set up efficiently and without delaysOperational ExcellenceProvide coverage support for other regional hubs during non-working days (e.g., Fridays in MENA), ensuring uninterrupted client and sales supportMaintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and ensure data integrityAct as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Credit & Collections teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignmentTrack and report on onboarding status, bottlenecks, and SLA adherenceSuggest improvements to streamline onboarding and operational efficiencySkills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Client Onboarding, or Sales SupportA basic understanding of finance and/or compliance is considered an advantage, as it enables smoother collaboration with internal stakeholders, better interpretation of client requirements, and stronger adherence to company policies and regulatory standardsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, or Turkish is a strong plusProficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similarDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environmentWhy This Role MattersYou are the first touchpoint ensuring our clients feel supported and valuedYour work directly accelerates revenue by enabling Sales to focus on growthYou safeguard business continuity across regions by providing cross-hub coverageYou'll gain unique exposure to both Sales and Finance, making this role an excellent stepping stone for future career growth — whether in Finance Operations, Sales, or Credit & CollectionsWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
