This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, sales teams, and global technical experts to deliver innovative chemical treatment solutions that improve operational performance and sustainability.In this role, you will:Contribute directly to the growth of a high-potential market segment.Gain exposure to regional and global technical expertise.Lead and support customer trials, implementations, and performance optimization projects.Build strong technical and commercial capabilities within a dynamic industry.Work with leading tissue manufacturers to create measurable customer value.What You Will Do:Follow all Nalco Water and customer safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.Promote a strong safety culture and act as a safety champion at customer sites.Ensure compliance with required safety training and operational standards.Support sales teams in achieving growth and profitability objectives within the tissue segment.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring customer trials and new application implementations.Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide timely solutions to customers and field teams.Develop and share best practices related to Nalco Water applications.Collaborate with sales leaders, customers, and global technical teams to identify opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with market needs.Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities within the territory.Support the implementation and maintenance of customer value programs.Identify opportunities to improve customer operations, productivity, and total cost performance.Quantify and communicate the value delivered through Nalco Water solutions.Maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and trial reports.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in paper machine producing Tissue grades paper or 5-7 years' experience on selling specialty grades chemicals to paper mill producing tissue grade paper.Strong technical knowledge of specialty chemical applications and process optimization.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a customer-facing or sales support environment.Experience supporting technical sales growth and customer development initiatives.Familiarity with value-selling methodologies and customer performance improvement programs.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
