The faculty member will deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical instruction in critical care nursing and related areas, ensuring that course content aligns with current evidence-based practices. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating course materials, supervising student clinical practice, mentoring learners, and assessing student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, engaging in academic advising, participating in departmental and university committees, and, where applicable, conducting research and scholarly activities in nursing and healthcare. Faculty members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, uphold academic and professional standards, and support the university’s mission of excellence in nursing education and patient-centered care.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Nursing and Critical Care Nursing, with strong clinical knowledge and practice-based experience.Experience in Nursing Education and Curriculum Development, including planning, delivering, and evaluating academic and clinical courses.Background in Medicine and related health sciences that supports interdisciplinary teaching and collaboration.Knowledge or experience in Pediatrics and adult care that enhances teaching across diverse patient populations.Relevant academic degree in Nursing (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) and eligibility for appointment at Lecturer, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level.Strong teaching, communication, and mentorship skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners in classroom and clinical settings.Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in research or scholarly activities is highly desirable.
